Human Rights: Improving access to quality health services for key populations

Within the framework of the implementation of the New Financing Model 2 of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria(NMF2/FM), of which the National Alliance of Communities for Health(ANCS) is one of the Principal Recipients in Senegal, ENDA Santé's mission is also to promote a protective environment for better access to testing and health care services for key populations.

Through workshops that took place in December 2018, advocacy pitches and messages were designed for testing and validation.
These messages will be supported by key populations to raise awareness of stakeholders and encourage them to remove barriers to access to HIV testing and health care services for the most vulnerable populations.

This action is part of the promotion of an ethical, socio-economic and political environment favourable to the respect of human rights in Senegal's National Strategic Plan for the fight against AIDS(PSN), in the context of the objective of eliminating HIV through the 90.90.90.

It contributes to the Government of Senegal's commitment to eliminate all discrimination against key populations.
